Try drinking ice cold water or green tea. It makes you feel full.

Ive learned through my Zen Buddhist practices that self control is a very very big part of learning how to find inner peace. Ive been working with this alot. First I quit the over eating and then quit drinking and now the smoking. I'm as of now habit free. Well my advice to you is to get through the first two weeks to one month of practicing self control. After that it is a breeze! I borrowed the AA mantra of getting by minute by minute and being aware that I was able to get through one more minute after another. By the end of the day it was a hurdle beyond imagination and knew full well how hard that was. All I needed to do was get through one more day again. Before you know it you are months into the program. Just keep telling yourself that you can make it one more day no matter what and think of how good you feel when that day comes to an end! Nothing in life is supposed to be easy so don't fleece yourself into thinking it is. Fight like a true fighter and make it happen to the end of each day and I know you can do it! Minute by minute and you'll be a month into it and loose all the weight you want. Ive done all the three of the evils of life and if I can do it anyone can do it believe me! If you need help on what you need to eat please feel free to write me and I'll help you set up a diet plan. You can also consult me when you need some support, I would be happy to help you anytime! I know how hard it is so don't feel like you are putting me out at all.

First of all, make sure that you do not have any health problem. There are a few health conditions that make metabolism fast, thereby, increasing the conversion rate of your bodily reactions. This causes an increase in appetite.
Second, get your stool test done to check for the presence of worms/amoebic infection.
Third, if you have frequent urge for sugars, chips and coke, this means that your body does not have much stamina. To improve this state, (and otherwise too), exercise must be a part of your daily routine.
If you don't have any of the above, then what you need is "determination" to put an end to non-stop eating. Take healthy breakfast, keep yourself busy till lunch. Your breakfast, lunch and dinner should be nutritious and balanced. Eat sufficiently during these meals. Tell yourself that you are not going to eat during this particular hour. Gradually increase this limit.

There are some diet pills out that help you curve your meals. I tried some and they helped me out with my craves. You can basically go to any stor and pick one up, but make that it is approved by the FDA okay. That is always the safe thing to do.
Try to get yourself on a eating schedual too, that helps out, start by when you get up in the morning eat breakfast then a little snack 2hrs after that if you feel an erge to eat, eat something healthy like carrots or an apple. Believe me it helps.. I have the same prob as you. When I started to get into the habit thing I went from 185 to 135 in 5 months, with some regular exercise like walking and sit ups. Good Luck!!!

my thoughts...
Have a bowl of soup before your meal
eat enough protein at each meal, this is what keeps hunger away
also make sure you eat some raw vegetables and fruit everyday. it takes longer to digest.
You should also eat whole grain bread.
If you are still hungry, popcorn and pretzels are healthy snacks. just watch what you eat with them
also drink plenty of water daily.

You don't have to stop eating. What you can do is eat healthy. For example, cut down on eating junk food. Eat more veggies or fruits. That way, whatever your eating or how many times you eat won't matter because you are eating healthy.

you keep busy and that'll keep your mind off food. or eat foods that are slow to digest (Low GI foods) like Milo... it'll keep you feeling fuller for longer.
