The closest verse I can find is Genesis 49:8 (NIV):
"Judah, your brothers will praise you;
your hand will be on the neck of your enemies;
your father's sons will bow down to you."
This is said by Jacob, as he addressed each of his sons shortly before his own death.
There are far more verses that, even in context, support the teaching to "love your enemies". See Matthew (chapter 5), Luke (chapter 6).
