Threesome is somewhat overrated anyway.
If you have a certain guy in mind, there really isn't a hard set rule. What some guys really enjoy, other guys really hate. The more extreme you get, the more likely you are to get an extreme reaction (really liking or really hating).
Something unexpected and memorable. Unusual person, time or place-- much of the appeal of a threesome is the suprise that the girl would be up for it. Something that pushes the envelope a bit, but not so odd it shuts the guy down. Control things like blindfolds and handcuffs are interesting for some guys and a huge turn off for others --some guys like being in control, other like being controlled and other enjoy equal participation.
If you want to fulfill a random guys fantasy, find a really shy guy at a party/bar and slowly talk your way into his bed.
