If you are shipping within USA, you will want to use an airport that is used by Continental..Continental Airlines is the safest airline to use, as they have a pet sitter that stays with the dog at all times..Call them and make arrangements.. You will need a form that your vet will fill out attesting that he has no transmissible illness. If he is 4 months or over, he will need current rabies vaccination... You will need an airline approved kennel.. they are cheapest at WalMart..and you need to puschase the ticket.. the USDA form that the vet fills out has to be done within 10 days of his flight..

FedEx has a service called "custom critical." You can ship most anything, quickly. Very good for body parts or students, whatever to which you are referring.
