No, in the sense that no-one can separate a person from their soul, because we are our soul until we merge in God.
yes in the sense that a picture holds energy and gives the viewer a means to connect with your energy and to influence you for better or worse with their own.

I suppose it's possible...
If a person worshiped the photography rather than God, then this evil has stolen their soul.
Of course, the same is true about anything of that nature (work, money, cars, vanity, sports, liesure, etc.), so I don't think you need to worry specifically about pictures.
