Which would you prefer, a romantic sweep you off your feet kinda guy or the everything is a joke kinda guy who makes you laugh no matter what?

I am a guy, so i will answer this with regard to a woman instead: i would prefer the loving and romantic woman who believes in romance as i do: as the greatest blessing and gift of all. For me, the hilarium is great, but is short lived. Those are the types of people who step on you and cause you the greatest heartache when you really need a friend. I want the romantic type who has this belief of mine: There are only four questions of value in life: what is sacred? of what is the spirit made? what is worth living for? and what is worth dying for? The answer to each is the same: only love. Romance is always better.

For me, I would choose a good mixture of the romantic and the funny guy. Of course, who doesn't want to be swept off their feet and who doesn't want a dose of the "best medicine"? But I'd rather have a guy with moderate amounts of these two characteristics because if someone is just romantic, and seriously romantic, you could die of diabetes ('coz of his sickening sweetness). And if he is can laugh everything away, you can't talk serious to him. According to Zen, the middle way, is always the best way. : )

I'd hate to be with one extreme or another really... If I were to lean one way or another I'd definitely go with the funny guy over the romantic guy. Not funny as in 'everything is a joke' though. Funny as in he's really funny, but knows how and when to be serious. (Even if it's not very often)

a combination of the two. i believe every woman at one time or another want a man to sweep her off her feet. But a man that can make you laugh is good because when your sad he can make you happy. SO I WANT A COMBINATION OF THE TWO!!!!!
