Question

i met this lass over a year ago and we were together for many months. now that we have been broken up for damn near a year i still cant seem to get over her. i seem to have like as well as hatred for her! an example is tonight i have been plain on answers and decide to check my 2 hotmail emails. i check my first and see zip so i got back to answers. then about an hour later i check my other one and see i have one message (i check my emails through messenger) i figure its her (she is the only on who knows of it) and sense its been about a week sens she emaild me (she usualy takes 2 weeks to never to write back) i have a slight bit of anger and cocky ness. so i open my mail box and i see that its just some sort of spam and my heart drops to the apartment below (want to reply after i add details)

so now i am slightly depressed and sad. now for the other part. i also seem to have some bad hatred for her because the other night i had a dream where i was in bed with a nice looking girl but she then turned to my ex and i punched her in the face pushed her out of bed basjed her head in to a wall slamed her head in to the floor and then beat her with a guitar!. i then woke up woundering what that was all about and kind of shocked.

so whats wrong with me!

if you must know she is now 17 and i am 20. we were together when she was 16 and i was 19.

You're still in love baby. You sound like a sincere loving man, and they're aren't many of those out there anymore. I think you should break ALL ties if you ever plan to move on. That means no more emails. That means you have nothing to look forward to when it comes to her and nothing to keep your hopes up. After a while, it'll pass. But you gotta let her go. It sounds like she has moved on with her life. And you need to do the same. After a year I doubt she is coming back. You need to get back out there and find some one that will return your feelings. The age difference does not matter.
