I would just have to say that it is something in their culture/heritage and lineage that gives them the looks that they have. I think that it is also because of their skin color/type, body style, facial features, and their intense desire to always make themselves look their best.

Latinas are hot because they care about you and they spill their gutz to satisfy you in many ways. However, Latinas can be of any race so if you mean HOT as in personality they are there for you and you find that attractive. Non latinas speaking of caucacian are very sexy too but different. I am latino and I find women of all races very sexy each in their own concept.

in america at least, latinas are the only group of woman who for a majority enjoy being women. they take the time to do their hair/make up every day and enjoy dressing feminine. there are exceptions, but for the most part white and black women couldnt be bothered to do that anymore.
