Eh', poor wording is my guess. I think when he says 'seriously' he means 'hard'. "Don't take it so hard." Ontop of that mix up, there's the mistake he made in thinking you shouldn't take it so hard. It's obviously hurting you, he just wishes it wasn't. Break ups suck. No way around that most of the time. Just like him though, we just 'wish' there was away around them being so hard.

um what? haha... I've never said that. Typically it goes like this

Honey... seriously..haven't you noticed how many fights we've been having? You really think this is going to work? How many more fights are we going ot have to have about me not putting my dishes in the dishwasher? Seriously... darlin'.... you know I love you.... I know you love me...but sometimes, people just cant live together. We deserve better than to be yelling at each other constantly.... yadda yadda yadda..

Bottom line is that I try to convince the other person that the relationship should be ending.

Because guys are just as insecure and hate being rejected as you do. Guys don't like breaking girls hearts . Breaking up is always a hard thing to do.
