What's the best way to make a backup of recording I made using a digital voice recorder?

Unfortunately there is no PC link or USB cable, so what should I do?

You should try to buy an USB cable. If you don't want buy it, you can buy an audio wire with two male plugs. you can connect one into the recorder and the other into the linein socket in your computer. you can playback the recording and record with your computer.
