The correct answer is none of the above. God is not about religion but about a relationship with Him, His son Jesus Christ, and following the leading of the Holy Spirit.
The Old Testament says that the Hebrew children are His people and the New Testament tells us that the Gentile was grafted into the family by the blood and excepting of Jesus Christ as our Savior.
Some one can be religious about watching sports or going hunting but that does not mean that God is there or even likes what they are doing.

this question is a too broad for a specific answer. If D is the answer which one? same thing with the others as all major religions have different parts. the correct religion is what you firmly believe is correct regardless of what anyone else may say.

Not to be tendentious, but "Atheism" isn't a religion-- its the absence of a religion. If you're asking the question "which of these religions are true in an abosolute, provable sense", the obvious answer is "none of them."

But Islam is quite real to a Muslim, and Christianity is quite real to a Christian. What's remarkable is that seeing the "reality" of one's own religion, many (but not all) believers feel the need to label other faiths as specious, heretical, or flawed, and are unable to acknowledge that someone else might feel with an authentic intensity about another faith what they feel about their own.

The one that obeys the commandments of the Bible.
1. Matthew 24;14 And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.
Who is preaching?
Acts 20;20 while I did not hold back from telling YOU any of the things that were profitable nor from teaching YOU publicly and from house to house.
Who is doing this?
Psalm 83;18 That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah,
You alone are the Most High over all the earth.
Jeremiah 51;57 And I will make her princes and her wise ones, her governors and her deputy rulers and her mighty men drunk, and they must sleep an indefinitely lasting sleep, from which they will not wake up,” is the utterance of the King, whose name is Jehovah of armies.
Who [?] USE Almighty God's personal name?
Jehovah.
Exodus 6;3 And I used to appear to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as God Almighty, but as respects my name Jehovah I did not make myself known to them.
And who preach the Kingdom of Matthew 6;9,10??
WHO respect Jesus as God's son, but always direct worship to the Father...THROUGH...THE SON. John 14;6 Jesus said to him: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
And Matthew 28; 19 Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded YOU. And, look! I am with YOU all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”

NONE OF THE ABOVE.

GOD ISNT A RELIGION. RELIGION IS MADE FROM MAN. MAN COULDNT AGREE WITH EACH OTHER SO THEY SEPERATED ONE FROM THE OTHER AND THEY WOULD GO OUT ON THEIR OWN AND AND PREACH AND TALK TO OTHERS TO GET THEM TO FOLLOW THEM AND NOT THE OTHER PERSON SO ANOTHER RELIGION WAS BORN..

GOD IS THE ONE TRUE LIVING GOD WHICH SURROUNDS EVERYTHING IN THE HEAVENS THE EARTH US . IF GOD WASNT IN US THEN WE WOULD NOT BE STANDING WALKING TALKING BREATHIN EATING WE WOULD BE CONSCIENCE OF NOTHING...

I think that if you read the Torah, then the Gospel, and then the Qur'an, you will see a very similar pattern. The same source, with a very similar message: only One God. Obey His Words. I am not very familiar with true Christianity, seeing how it has been altered so much over the years. However, both Judaism and Islam echo the very same phrase throughout the day:

Adonai Eloheinu, Adonai Echad (Our Lord is Our God, Our Lord is One)

La Illaha Illa Allah (There is no God but God)

Too bad we don't seem to be very good listeners.

Atheism is not a religion!

Their are many called by several names, buy only one is true.
Christianity is the only I have seen results come from.

It was reported to me by someone who studied all the religions from years past and said, that God has sent 7 messengers here and all have been rebuked by the people. Just reporting what I was told, nothing more.

The answer is all the above. You must decide for yourself which one is right for you. Nobody can or should make that decision for you. Read about all of them and then decide the one that is for you. I personally am a christian but i have also taken things from other religions and added them to my faith. It all comes down to your own personal choice and once you have made that choice never force your views on others as they also have the right to decide for themselves
