If in the future a human brain is successfully transplanted into a monkey, and that monkey believes itself to be human, and also believes in God, goes to Church, prays to God, becomes kind and loving towards human beings, will that monkey have the opportunity to go to Heaven when it dies?

If in the future a human brain is transplanted into a monkey I seriously doubt the major concern will be going to heaven. Kindof like those Tide commercials with the blood all over the shirt? With that much blood, maybe you should just go to the hospital and then throw away the shirt later?

So if I had a monkey human brain transplant I'd probably wonder Why am I a monkey, Why do I smell like that? Why am I so furry? Why is that gorilla looking at me with lust in its eyes? How can I avoid being lunch to some starving animal today? What's the big deal about hot monkey love when we basically just do it doggy style for less then a minute? et al.

Seriously, though I think the answer to your question is that smoking weed while reading the Bible and posting on yahoo answers is really not a good combination

Geeze man!

Monkeys have the intelligence of young human children. If a 4 year old child can go to heaven, then a chimpanzee or a gorilla would be able to as well.

No brain transplant is necessary.

Christians would disagree saying that a monkey doesn't have a soul which can receive salvation... therefore no heaven in store for him. Although I think a monkey could have a better chance of making to it heaven than humans... if there were such a place.

No. Their condition in death is the same as people. Ecclesiastes 3;19 For there is an eventuality as respects the sons of mankind and an eventuality as respects the beast, and they have the same eventuality. As the one dies, so the other dies; and they all have but one spirit, so that there is no superiority of the man over the beast, for everything is vanity. 20 All are going to one place. They have all come to be from the dust, and they are all returning to the dust.
And about people?
Ecclesiastes 9; 5 For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.

There is nothing that says animals with or without a human brain are excluded from heaven

Hmmm maybe if its in a pixies song called, "Monkey Gone To Heaven" ha.

It all depends on whether or not it has a soul. And one should not judge whether or not it would still have a soul.

Heaven is on earth and animals are on earth so yes there will be animals in heaven. But animals can not recieve salvation because they are sinless and do not have souls but I am sure that in the end of all things God will make them immortal as well. God will restore the planet the way it was meant to be.

No cos Heaven is a made up place. People couldn't stand the thought that there was nothing after life so they thought 'I know, let's make up a story!'.
