Over the last year I lost about 25lbs and I'm pretty close to my goal weight. The thing is that I don't really look like I had envisioned myself (which was Britney Spears look a like...pre K-Fed ;) ) I'm just under 5'6 and I went from 160 to 135 and I don't want to be really skinny, because I like my curves but I still have a little bit of a ponch on my belly and I'm just not as fit as I hoped I would be. What do you suggest? Should I do some hardcore weight training now? (I lost the weight by cutting calories and doing low intensity work outs).

first...good for you

at 5'6" and 135 pounds, you really should be at the ideal weight for your size...but maybe you should do low intensity weight training, if that's what you want to do. but some great crunches coupled with a bit of weight should get you that flatter belly you're looking for

good luck

If you are able to loose that weight, you are doing something right. You should look at your diet and see if you eliminated all the BAD carbs from your diet. Eliminate sodas, candies, coffees, and anything with refined sugars. This even includes diet sodas. Try it for a couple of months without changing anything else in your exercise program and you should see a major difference.

Don't do hardcore weight training because you don't want to shock your body but keep doing what your doing but up it a little and focus and that area, don't ever eat till your full because that makes your stomach expand. eat right and work out. and you'll be looking sexy in no time : )

Yes, replace fat mass with lean muscle mass.

Keep in mind, 1lb of muscle burns a lot more calories than 1lb of fat, if you can pull of a re-composition then the maintenance becomes a lot easier.
