You do not have Attached Toilets ...
Toilets are considered Dirty and You have it away from you living and worshiping place.
Once its away, more important that sitting position is that you must take bath to purify your self after passing Stool. Simply washing hands will not help.
If you can become so much civilized then you can further talk about direction to face ...without this basic knowledge there is no use of Direction to face ..
