Anytime someone forces you to have sex it is rape. If you are sexually active with the person it may be hard to convince people of that. If the problem continues you might want to find a new boyfriend.

If you say no and dont want to do it...but still do it, then no its its not rape. If he forces you again your own will..that is rape and you need to call the cops and leave him! No one should "MAKE" you have sex...you have it when your good and ready...no matter what anybody else says. God bless girl and i hope this isnt the situation.

Yes, It is considered rape if your boyfriend has sex with you after you have said no. If he does that to you, call the police and have him arrested. No woman deserves to be raped by anyone.
If that is what your boyfriend has done to you, call the police and file charges on him. Leave that person also if he's doing that to you. you deserve better

From my months of religously watching Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, even if you're MARRIED, you don't have a "right" to your partner's body. If you said NO, it's rape. If you say no - it's rape. If you report it, the cops will ask you if you said no. If you said NO, it's rape. Sorry to hear that =(

It has not only been the grounds for rape cases but also convictions, not only amongst gf/bf but husband and wife. To determine whether it was in your case or not you'd have to talk to the police and tell them what happened.

Its not "sorta rape" IT IS RAPE. When you say no.... you mean no and he should respect that and if he doesn't he obviously doesn't love you.
