Please tell if i pollish my teeth or not. Can i gain my teeth whitness back. I brush my teeth twice a day, everyday.

I use 'WhiteLight' they sell it in Wal-Mart now ,it used to be advertised on TV , worked great ,Considerably whiter . I can't complain it's the only thing that ever truly worked

You should have a dentist polish them. This is good for your dental health. Polishing gets rid of grooves on the surface of your teeth which can harbor germs and create stains.
