To honestly tell you,
I would say buy a Compaq or HP.
they are basically the same company so it all works out,
go to Wal-Mart or anywhere and Compaq's are cheap.
they last long and arn't really hard to fix if something happens.
Dell's on the other hand are kinda crappy, if something happens you cant take it to a repair shop, you have to wait until dell send out a technition which can take weeks, trust me. IBM and more of an office type computer and the other ones you listed are just probably not Major Manufactured computers, so in the end go with a Compaq trust me, you'll love it

Buy -- HP -- It little bit costlier but worth.

If you want cheap and best you go for best assembler for assembling system. moreover assembler can provide life time service also. if you are in Tamilnadu (India) I'll give the assembler contact details who assemble my system.

In my personal experience Assemble is very good than any Company.

IBM is good. And I know lots of OEM sales ppl carry them because it won't offend their customers like DELL, Compaq, Sony...

When asking for which is better it really depends on its specifications. It also depends on what you need.
