One of your first problems is that your are only eating 2 meals a day. Lets adress this first, you need to be eating at least 5 small meals a day (no more than 400 cal) thats basically like eating every three hours. I would recommend doubling your water intake. Also caffiene is a stimulant and can in small doses help with burning fat... so you may wish to switch from decaf to normal coffee.
You also need to make sure the meals you are eating are primarily low fat and low carbohydrate. Salads berries fruits and vegetables should make up the majority of your diet.
Fiber, calcium (think low fat processed dairy like yogurt and cottage cheese), and lean protien are your friends. As these are the foods that take the most amount of calories to digest.
Two other good weight loss tips that may work well for you are: try to do 5-10 mins of light excercise every morning when you get up and look into meal replacement shakes or smoothies as a way to reduce hunger and mainain the bodies thermogenic process of digestion.

It sounds like you are doing a lot of good things but the 2 meals a day doesn't sound right. You are being vague as to what you are eating and when and also how much. You should be eating like 5 small meals a day to get your metabolism going. Your workout program sounds great, but now try eating more often and smaller portions. If you are truly commited to losing weight cut way down on your starches. No white bread, only 100% whole wheat. That includes breadsticks, garlic bread. Just give it up forever. And cut out sugar. If you are saying no way then i promise you that you don't want to lose it bad enough because sugar is the worst. There are plenty good sugar-free treats in the frozen food aisle. try to eat a lot more protein and lots more veggies. No fruit juice or soda. limit your fruits because of their natural sugar they possess. Apples are great. Carrots, corn ,and beets have lots of natural sugars. Avoid them for a while. Just think of it as if you are allergic to sugar and you can't have it. Trust me your body stops craving sweets after about 2-3 weeks. LImit pasta and rice and cereal. Eat lots of fish and chicken. Eggs are great. cottage cheese, lowfat cheese, natural peanut butter. Avoid eating at fast food restaurants. Start taking food to work and start planning your meals. If you can eat a good breakfast:very important and snack midmorning then a light lunch and mid afternoon snack and light supper. You will have more energy and you won't be starving when you finally do get to eat so you will be less likely to overindulge. Also of you can get out and walk for 30 minutes 6 days a week{fast walking where you are really moving including your arms} or get that indoor walking tape of Denise Austin's at k-mart or walmart. I swear you won't believe how good you will feel in 6 weeks. Yes it will take 6 weeks to really see results. Don't find excuses like you work 50 hours a week. I work 10 to 12 hour days without a lunch break most days just a few minutes here and there and if you make it a priority you can do it. Good luck. Feel free to email me if you need any more advice.

You probably need to look at the type of food you are eating next. More vegetables and less everything else tends to help with weight loss. Apparently if you eat more frequently but smaller meals, this keeps your metabolism up, which means you are burning more calories. Five small meals a day is what is recommended now, although I haven't tried it.
I reach a plateau too, keep in mind that while you are working out you are building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. Have you done measurements as well, rather than just weight? My weight remains the same but I lose centimetres (you probably refer to inches) around the arms, legs and waist. I'm sure you're doing better than you think you are.

It sounds like you are doing plenty of cardio, but it's not doing much for you. Try to add muscle, as muscle burns more calories than fat and a muscle work-out keeps your metabolism going far longer than a cardio work out.
Go to the Doc to rule out thyroid. Beware of the amount of sugar and carbs that you consume. Aim for 6 small meals a day instead of 2. If you were heating a house continuosly would you have a fire on all the time or just twice a day? Same concept.
Best of luck.

first off, with all that you're doing i can't iimagine you're anywhere near fat. i dont know if you're a guy or girl, but its apparent you have a weight issue. Don't be another Nicole Richie. And i'm frum the south and theres nothing wrong with a thick gurl down here or a beefy man. Skinny is not pretty!!!! BE happy :)

first you need to eat more. I mean more frequently. You need atleast 4 meals a day and add lots of water. The more water in the more water out. Your body is in a constant starvation mode when you don't eat enough and it will hold onto everything.
