I really want to get definition in my arms...mainly the outer part that is most visible when wearing a tank top.....And my shoulders....Thanks!!!

This is a small exercise that you can do anywhere when you have a few free seconds....it really tones up your upper arms too. Sit or stand up straight and hold both arms up at shoulder-level....on both sides not in front of you. Bend your wrists so that your palm is faced outward away from your body. And do small circles forward and then backward. Then do big circles forward and then backward. Make sure to keep your body and arms as straight as you can.

It appears like you want to do workouts that artwork you Deltoids. you need to do a recurring that hits all 3 "heads". which may be the front, center, and rear. you may want to do shoulder presses for the front, latteral will develop for the middle, and lateral will develop even as your knees are bent and also you're slightly bending over for the rear.

Swimming. Beware the loose roll under your arms when wearing no sleeves thats what gets noticed

shoulder press, military press -- mainly for shoulders

upright rows work the shoulders too, and work the deltoids more

a good exercise for the deltoids are lateral raises

try lifting 10lbs dumb bells this will help to define your arms and shoulders and give u great tone good luck
