Ok, I had this dream..I was at a park with my son. I was sitting at the picnic table watching him play with the other kids. His babysitter was there and decided to leave with her son. My son then took off running after them. I sat there frozen and I couldn't speak. My mouth was moving, but nothing was coming out. All of a sudden this gay looking blue cargo van was coming. He honked but my son wouldn't move off the street. Next thing I know everything magnified and went into slow mo. The guy in the van ran over my son. I just sat there and saw the whole thing. He is down on the ground and the driver just kept driving. I am able to move now, so I run up to him. Turn him over and look into his eyes. I didn't see anything there. He is so bloody and dismembered. I start to cry. So I put my ear down next to his mouth to try to hear if he is still breathing. No he isn't.

Then I woke up freaking out. Can you tell me where to look up what this means. Or if you have any ideal

This is a dream of insecurity.

You worry about too much about your son in reality. Therefore, in your dream, you projected some accident happened in the dream. Subconsciously, you don't feel safe with you son. Having him run over by a truck means you are losing confidence in taking care of him. This will/may not happen in reality. However, subconsciously you are trying to tell yourself to be more careful and cautious when you are with your son. In other word, you may be paranoid about things and people around you. In your case, you may have difference about gay people.

I think the world has misunderstood what love is. Some people think that love is when you do something for someone to show that you care. That's not loving. That's "showing" that you care. It's wanting someone to know that you love them by making them endure the experience of you doing something nice for them. Have you ever had someone in your life who you considered a pest because they were always buzzing around you trying to help you with things, whether you really wanted it or not? Sometimes those people actually do love you, but they would also say things like, "I just don't know what I'd do without you." It's a dependency problem. It's people depending on other people and each other instead of learning true spiritual self-reliance. Dreams guide you toward spiritual self-reliance. That dream of separation is your spirit trying to move you closer to that point. The white all over in the dream is like the white flag that's waved to call a truce. This is a truce between your body and spirit. Your spirit is waking you up to your true nature and what you were created to be as an immortal soul. What were you created to be for eternity? Check your imagination. It's all there. It's all related to your childhood imaginings--the things you use to daydream about all the time. If you can make that connection, you'll be well on your way to discovering that who you're becoming is what you have always dreamed you could be. The reason that it seems like God doesn't answer prayers is because he answers in the spirit, saving your treasure for Heaven, while anything you get in the material world, combined with your dreams world are meant to be interpreted as symbolic hints of your eternal life. But the connections are vague if you're worldly. If you spend a lot of time in your head, you should be able to see the signs easily.

I once had a reaccuring dream about my boyfriend dying or being killed, but they were in all different ways. I looked it up in a dream dictionary and it said that the person dying was going to betray me. Within a week he broke up with me and I found out it was because he liked my sister. Try to find a good dream dictionary or two and compare answers until you find something that seems consistent. Dreams never mean what they really are, so don't worry that your son is going to get hit by a van. Find the meaning so you can fix what's wrong or rest easy that it's not a big deal.

Basically you have a subconscious fear about your son that deeply bothers you and you feel powerless against it. The blue van symbolizes something to you. Answer this: What three adjectives came to mind with the mini-van? And think about who most describes that. The mini-van is symbolic of a person, force, or something that is bothing you. Ponder it a little.

Hope this helps

ok, i'm gonna try my best at this because i'd like to major in psychology...does your son like your babysitter? maybe he has a lot of fun with her when she comes? and, does he listen to her sometimes more than you? this could explain the part where you couldn't be heard and your son went running off with her. Also, when the van came and hit your son, you might feel that by the time your son learns to listen to his mother, it may be too late. hope i helped.

From the site listed below:

"To see someone dying in your dream, signifies that your feelings for that person are dead or that a significant change/loss is occurring in your relationship with that person. Alternatively, you may want to repress that aspect of yourself that is represented by the dying person. "

The mind wanders in REM sleep, and sometimes we recall these dreams. They are sometimes terrifying. But the truth is they don't mean a thing.
