This is an estimate for the cost of laying sewer pipe. I am trying to find out what is my easement worth to a developer. I know there are many factors to consider like soil type and local regulations but I am looking for a ballpark figure.

This is the alternative of going around my easement. The pipe is 8" Galvanized I guess, mid-atlantic region (gets below freezing sometimes), it is not gravity system because it is going up hill. I assume some kind of pump would be needed. I have a detailed plan with slopes, top/inv. but I don't know what it all means. What I do know is that some of the proposed houses will not have basement drains because the sewer line will not be gravity fed (again, going uphill).

I would guesstimate $35/foot.

There are many factors like the size of the pipe, the depth required (frost zone or not), steel pipe or plastic pipe or concrete, what area of the country/world, gravity system or vacuum sewer, etc.

You aren't giving enough information to make a reasonable determination.

If the determination is for an easement, then you need to consider how much it will cost the developer to go around your easement. The cost to trench and lay the sewer lines should be immaterial.
