Try peppermint essential oil applied to the back of the neck twice a day. It's helped everybody I've recommended it to.

I understand completely where you are coming from. I lived in MD and was always sick. I felt like I had a bad flu all the time or I had some autoimmune disease. I lived completely indoors and gained alot of weight. I had allergy tests, medicine you name it, nothing helped me weather inside or out until I moved. I am also allergic to cats however I have been able to cope with having three cats that sleep at my head at night. I am sorry to say you may either need some real potent medicine or move from that area. If this is not an out door allergy you may need to investigate what it maybe indoors such as perfumes from air fresheners or fabric softeners and soaps. Good Luck for I know how allergies zap you energy.

An allergy is an abnormal reaction to ordinarily harmless substance or substances. These sensitizing substances, called allergens, may be inhaled, swallowed or come into contact with the skin. When an allergen is absorbed into the body it triggers white blood cells to produce IgE antibodies.

if you give any credence to alternative healing, i suggest you talk to a licensed acupuncturist ------unless you absolutely *hate* needles (but acupuncture needles don't hurt most people just so you know) ....i'll post a picture to show you where a needle might go (at the top of your ear for example, allergy relief acupoint) ..... at least you won't be loading your body up with Rx or over-the-counter drugs
