Running is good.. but you have to be very careful about your knees.... If there is pool in your area, I would recommend swimming.
It does great things for your whole body, including your arms.

I cannot objectively answer the breast question.. nevertheless... I would not worry about it now.. You probably have enough things to worry about and do not need another. First start to exercise.. then from there see how your body takes its new form....
and dont forget to love it.. as its your body
:-)

Yes running is good for your heart. Nothing better than clean fresh Oxygen running through your veins. But, Are you perfect everywhere else but your drooping arms????

A long-term commitment to careful diet and nutrition, resistance/strength training, and other forms of fat-loss exercise is what you need - in other words it's hard work.

Have you ever seen anyone with well-defined abs who also had fat thighs, "man boobs" or flabby hips? The chances are you haven't. That's because it's near impossible to achieve localized fat loss. The body tends to burn fat from all over the place, and generally you have no control over which body part will slim down first.

To see those tone arms you've got to burn the fat first. Generally you have to get your whole body to <=14% body fat (women) before you start seeing any definition. Coupled with the regular resistance training to build and define the arm muscles.

To burn more fat you need to increase cardiovascular exercise. Arms can be trained like every other muscle (e.g. twice a week). .

Any muscle definition in the body comes from the right nutrition, and the right mix of cardio and weight training.
