Muslims say yes, you can pray in a special way that accommodates whatever handicap you suffer from. People with bad knees can pray sitting up for example. I am sure an Imam can answer this in more detail.

if you cant pray while standing, you can pray while sitting on a chair
if you cant move your body, you can perform with your finger.
if you cant move your finger, you can pray with your eyes,
if you cant move your eyes you can pray in your head.
