What are the chances that the house I just bought has a "secret basement" where many people "party" in quite often?? And TOO LOUD at that????
And if anyone has a clue how to get into the basement, I wish you would post an answer. It's hard to hear ya from the basement tell me how to get into it to let you out....

Ask the realtor. They should know the layout of the house, otherwise call the cops when they're having a party.
