Ok so she is my friend and we always hang out. But what she doesnt know is that i like her. I gave her two poems dat were about her but i didnt tell her they were about her. How do I tell her i like her?

Baby steps. If you're having a hard time working up the courage to just flat out ask her out, then work your way up to it. Try to arrange more times for you two to talk. Even ask her out to do things with you that aren't 'date like' but would still be just the two of you. If you do this enough it may just turn into something more without you ever having to pop that awkward question fo "Um... uh.. .so do you want to maybe go out Friday night maybe kinda?"

Just say it. Tell her you like her. The worst she can do is say that she doesn't feel the same way. And, yes it may hurt but at least you'll know where you stand and if you need to move on.

write her a poem and tell her you like her in the poem and let her know in that poem that the other 2 were for her too

Ask her out on a date - a real live date that you pay for. She'll know what that means, and if she says she wants to go out as "friends" that's her way of saying no thanks.
