Do you think its possible for a 17 yr old to maintain an apartment? Please give detail.. Why or Why not.. Any advice??

yeah it's possible. But you have to get your parents or someone over 18 to sign the contract.

I think it could be possible, if you have a permanent job and you're responsible, and can take care of all the other responsibilities that will come like bills and food, and if the person will rent to a minor. I had my first apartment at fifteen until this day I'm still on my own. Eventhough you should think about it better.

It depends on the seventeen year old. If they have enough common sense to not let others make it a party place and get them evicted, or if they are smart enough to not allow others to move in (and most aren't, not to be insulting, but most believe whatever their friends say), sure.
But at seventeen, working and going to school is often overwhelming and when you add the responsibilities of maintaining your bills and having to say No to your friends when they want to come over and party or they promise they will get a job and pay you rent if you let them move in (rarely do they) it is not wise.
It is much better to stay at home, go to school, work and save your money. Also you need to establish credit during this time. (not by charging away on credit cards, you will regret it) Then, when you are out of college and have a good job, you will have the money and credit to get a home of your own and not throw money down the drain on rent.

TO BE HONEST I THINK ITS POSSIBLE BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE PERSON THEMSELVES IF U PUT A IMMATURE REBELLIOUS 17YR OLD IN AN APARTMENT IT WONT GO WELL OBVIOUSLY....
.ITS HARD FOR SOME OF THE MOST MATURIST OLDER PEOPLE TO MAINTAIN A ROOM LET ALONE AN APARTMENT
IF U HAVE IT FIGURED OUT PROPERLY AND HAVE PLANNED WELL AND ARE PREPAIRED AND MATURE MINDED U SHOULD BE ALRIGHT.
ITS ALOT OF COMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY IF U NO UR READY FOR IT ALL THEN GO FOR IT(RESPONSIBLE)
IF NOT SAVE THE APARTMENT OWNER AND YOURSELF ALOT OF STRESS AND STAY AT HOME WITH MUMMY.

It is possible if they have a job and make enough money to support themself. And are mature enough not to let their apartment be a party hangout for friends.
