I slapped her around as a warning and she called the police. Can I make a complaint against her for trespass? She didn't get arrested and doesn't live there.

How did she get into your apartment when you weren't there? If she has a key then she wasn't trespassing. By the way, I'm pretty sure she's probably not your girlfriend anymore if you slapped her around and she called the police.

How long has she lived there? You would have to go through eviction process, so no, you can't arrest her for tresspassing, but hey, if you slap her around as a warning again, you won't have to worry about her trespassing at all, will ya?

Slapped her around and she is still with you. Your not much of a boyfriend if you ask me. She probably wanted to surprise you when you came back home. If she did not live there then why is she threatening you to throw you out of your own apt. Something just does not sound right with her and with you.
