ok... the problem is that I dont have the pasword, cause i lost the manual......

well since you dont have a password. you will need to erase everything and sync you vx, do you back up in your pc right!?
well what you have to do is reset it you know put something in the little hole in the back and hold the power button. then a it will ask you if you want to erase everything by pressing up or something like that and boom you are done just sync you palm and you have everything again,,,,,,,

I would restart the whole palm - restore it. You might lose everything though.
Place a pencial or pen in the back slot that says restore.
Or try the palm website and ask in the forums or live help.

You need the password, or you have to do a hard reset and probably lose everything you haven't backed up. But you don't have to worry about that of course. You always back up all your stuff.
