Photoshop questions - how can I add a drop of tears on a picture with photoshop?

Very new to photoshop, I want to draw a drop of "black tear" showing using non waterproof macara.

What kind of photoshop? Adobe?

You actually need draw it on first. usually when someone cries while wearing non waterproof mascara it'll run down, not drip down. Also the mascara line around the eye lids gets thicker, maybe 3x thicker and it gets sorta smudged.
After drawing on the tears you'll need to use a tool called "Feather" which blurs an area you select. Select the smudged mascara under the bottom eye lid and the mascara that has ran down from the tears. Adjust the strength of the "Feather" feature so it's not too blurry. You'll need to do this to give it a natural look, instead of having crisp lines which looks unnatural. Or you can just draw cartoon tears.

It'd be easier just taking a picture of yourself crying =P

So ,you are new ! OK. Take a digital camera and shot the drop of water - import it in photoshop - than select it - select inverse - delete the background - than press Ctrl D ! Make a few images of tear - Ctrl J and than paint it in black - than on the right side of the layers - the last one - make transparent - just a little bit ! This is the only way 'cause you are the new one to photoshop !
