Because they don't want them to look out and see the Truth. Nothing like keeping people in the dark.

Generally, a Kingdom Hall is built without windows only in areas which tend toward hate crimes and vandalism against houses of worship. Sadly, it seems that this questioner is from such an area.
One wonders if vandals and other anti-Witnesses understand that Jehovah's Witnesses are proven to be true Christians, based upon the Witnesses' preaching work and the anti-Witnesses' bigoted hatred against them.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

Well my Kingdom Hall has windows on Both sides, I actually pull down the shades when I go in or else I will space out on the weather out side.
I am on the Regional Building Committee Landscape crew, so I go to Many New and Old Kingdom Halls in My area, and they all have WINDOWS.
Yes I am a freak, I have flaming Red hair, I play soccer with my grand kids, Eat lots of Mick D"s and If you look at my Screen name, It means that I use beneficial insects instead of pesticides to keep commercial green houses clean. Good Bugs eat Bad Bugs.
I keep some of the good bugs beside the beer in my fridge, so YEAH, I am a freak, that has windows, Landscapes, has kids , grand kids, a job, 2 dogs, 4 cats one python, and a deep love of the Creator of the Universe, and Author of the Bible, GOD, Jehovah. Windows? Duh? Get to know us, dude!

I've always thought it had something to do with the fact that kingdom halls were constructed by the members in a very short period of time and leaving out the windows and constructing a plain rectangular building sped up the building.I saw one go from the ground up in about 20 hrs.

Go to 'google - pictures' type in Kingdom Hall
hit enter.
Most if not all of the Kingdom Halls that appear have windows.
I could ask why do most churches have stain glass windows, since I can't see through them either, what are they trying to hide?
Our meetings are open to the public, no collections are taken. so you are invited to come down and see what takes place.
(hint, you will need your bible, cause the Kingdom Hall is designed to study it and it is read throughout our meetings, also if you are worried about your singing voice, don't we play the music loud enough to help everyone sing along)

They probably don't want anyone breaking in and taking the collection money. There must be some that do because that is weird.

All I can say is that their religion "seems" to be God centered but their religion is based on things that are earth centered or "cult like", which I never believed in.
