Yes, you can have both pure and mixed pups if you have two different sires.

I believe that if you do the DNA testing you can still register the purebred pups.

"Effective September 1, 2000 (and retroactive for 24
months), the AKC will consider the registration of litters
with more than one sire, or litters for which the
identification of the sire is in question. The registration
must be based upon AKC DNA Certification for the
sire(s), dam, and all puppies. In addition to the registration
fee for each litter, a penalty fee of $200 (per
dam, per whelping) will be charged for litters with
more than one sire. This policy is meant to ensure the
integrity of the registry and allow for the registration of
purebred dogs with DNA certified parentage -"

Technically yes... but there's not way to tell which one's are purebred and which aren't until they are born. The dam could have 1 pup from the purebred sire and 6 from the mix or the other way around... she could have 4 pups, 2 mixed and 2 pure... they could possibly all end up mixed or all pure too...

yes, it is possible if one of the males was a purebred and the mother was a purebred then some pups may be pure and some not. You will probably be able to tell once the pups are born as to which one's were fathered by the purebred and which ones were fathered by the other dog.

The only real way to tell for sure is a DNA test. You couldn't register the pups, if you can't be sure which dog is the daddy. A dog can look like a purebred, but still not be one.

If she actually was impregnated by both dogs (which is likely if she mated with two dogs) she should have some purebred and some mixed breed puppies.

Yes, and some won't. Be sure you can tell the difference or have the vet say for sure, before you price them!
