Yes, it actually happens very often with a female that is just left to run free when she is in heat.
I am assuming you know very little about breeding, please do not be offended,
I will try to explain how this happens,
A dog, any breed, will be in heat for approx 21 days.
During this time she will produce several eggs.
She will allow the males (any male) to breed her for about 7 to 10 days during her heat.
If she is bred by 7 different males, the sperm from each of the males can fertilize an egg.
The male sperm only lives for a day or two.
If there are several males around the female, usually the biggest and most dominant male will do the most breeding, most of the pups will be his.

Absolutely, and if 5 dogs bred her, she could have 5 pups, each with a different father!!!

they can, my friends dog had a litter of pups, the dad to one of them was a greyhound and the dad to the rest was a coonhound, mom was a retriever of somesort
