i have never seen one, or deaf or blind or whatever, sometimes just 3 legged but thats differrent. and why?

My friends cat has 2 extra toes on each paw so he called him Freak Show lol

Certain breeds of cats can be more prone to being cross-eyed than others. Siamese cats, for example, have a tendency of being cross-eyed more often than other cats.

An animal can also be mentally disabled or "simple" as you put it because of injury or illness. My youngest cat is not completely there because of a virus he contracted as a very young kitten.

Regardless, all animals are special in their own way and should be valued as such.

yes i have seen blind and deaf cats and dogs they are usually older and kept indoors for there safety
about mentally challenged animals most are put down by the owner as a result of illness or injury

I have never seen these but I assume that they don't survive...........survival of the fittest
