Is it? I've asked this question like 3 times already but I have not been able to get a good answer soooo maybe someone can help? 10 points for best answer!!! Also I'm not really a computer expert so try to work with me. And again the basic windows paint that comes pre-installed on everyones PC. thanks luv yaaaaaa!! ^___^

Confused, Due to the way MS Paint handles the pixel count on the files, NO, You Cannot, it does not support the graphic detail needed to do flips for cartoons, But Now the Free "GIMP" May be what you need, it is similar to Adobe Photoshop, And Very Competitive Too, and it's Free, MS Paint handles it by the Pixel, Only, Gimp and Photoshop handle by Layers, I use Both Gimp and Adobe Photoshop.... Well heck that's not the best answer... What you want to do is to create an animated gif file. This is done by creating a series of individual pictures which will make up the frames of your animated. Microsoft paint CAN be used to make the individual frames but it is a pretty clunky program..

Once those frames are ready you need another program to put them together. Once such program is this http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/gifcon.html you can download the program and give it a free trial.
