I know the company has a crappy name. That's why the call themselves LG now instead of "Life's Good." It just sounds better. However, LG does have good products like cell phones and even televisions. They have high-quality cameras and other electronics.
Don't judge a company just by its crappy name.

The real Company name is Lucky Goldstar
- Lifes Good is just an advertising slogan .
As mentioned above they used to just call themselves Goldstar until a few years ago , But the company name was always Lucky Goldstar .
They rank at the same level as Samsung in terms of Quality

LG is a spin off from Goldstar and has an excellent reputation for anything from CD drives to Microwaves. To knock their name is no different than to knock GE, RCA or any of the other top Co's with initials for a brand recognition name.
