try encouraging her to watch cooking shows, buy her a recipe book, or buy her some cooking lessons
or
eat frozen dinners for the rest of your life
or
find a new wife? (okay just kidding about that one)
maybe if you live close to your mom/sisters/someone that CAN cook have them give her some tips or practice with her and tell her what she's doing wrong
