I think that it's made with "speed" and maybe cocaine or something, but why the heck are you asking about it here in the religion & spirituality section?

It is a "laboratory pure" grade of a methamphetamine compound. In order to get the crystal to grow, it needs to be very pure. It is probably a crime for me to tell you much more than that ;-)
In other words it takes a pretty good chemist to make it.
