3 ½ dl vispgrädde
ca 4 cm hel kanel
300 g mörk choklad, helst Pur Caraïbe 66%

Koka upp grädde och kanel i en kastrull. Ta den från värmen och låt grädden stå och dra under lock ca 30 minuter.
Hacka chokladen mycket fint och lägg den i en skål.
Värm grädden på nytt och sila den långsamt över chokladen. Rör under tiden med en träsked tills massan är homogen.
Häll massan i en form, täck med plastfolie och låt den stå kallt tills den känns fast.
Rulla massan till kulor eller skär fyrkantiga bitar och vänd dem i kakaopulver eller doppa dem i smält choklad.

3 and a half dl whipped cream
about 4cm of whole cinnamon (stick)
300 grams dark chocolate, preferably 66%

Boil the cream and cinnamon in a saucepan. Take it off the head and let the cream stand with the lid on for about 30 minutes.
Chop up the chocolate very fine, and put it in a bowl
Reheat the cream and pour it very slowly over the chocolate. Stir the whole time with a wooden spoon until well mixed into a (paste, thicker than a paste, I don't know the word)
Shape the dough into a clump and cover with plastic wrrap, and let it stand somewhere cool until it feels solid
Roll into balls or cut into little squares and dredge them in cocoa powder or dip them in melted chocolate.
