Don't worry about growing, 5'3 is a good height for a girl

I agree with murf - if you don't have armpit hair and you've been "late" developing so far, you're going to have another growth spurt.

People have growth spurts in their twenties - some people sprout up at age 14; that depends on the person. I'm 5'3". But grew up fast. I had a mature body early on and hair in the right places before most of my classmates. So I'm the opposite of you in that I developed fast and - for all intents and purposes - skipped my last bit of growing.

I grew my last inch at age 13. Of course it didn't help that I lifted weights heavily and didn't sleep properly throughout middle school. That might have stunted my growth. But for you, I'd say there's an 80% chance you'll be pushing 6' in 2-5 years.

Good luck.

i'm sure you don't want this answer....it depends. you might have a growth spurt at 20, you might be done growing now. i was my tallest at 16. some people continue to grow after highschool and into college. the only way to truly know is get an xray to see if your growth plates are closed or open on your long bones. you can't really do anything about it anyway. i know they do inject growth hormone into people younger than you but that has lots of ethical problems with it.

Good sign you dont have any pit hair, you;ll get it and when you do you'll spurt. I grew 2 inches in college at 19 so you have 3 even 4 maybe 5 years to grow. Dont stress it.

Look at your parents' heights. You are either going to be as tall as your dad or the average of your parents' heights unless you were a "pre-me" or malnurioused.

your height is determined by genetics. you are what you are and that's all that you are. don't feel bad about it embrace it. you still have time to grow. i couldn't grow a full beard til i was in my 30's.
