Do you mean a light that will come on when the Sun goes down? Most hardware stores carry sunlight sensitive switches for switching outdoors lights on after Sunset. It wouldn't be difficult to use one of them to switch an indoor light on. But you would have to run a few wires.

Burn bare PCB in your gas stove.

The copper oxide that's generated is sensitive to light. It'll produce several miliwatt energy.
