Trust him when he tells you that you're the one he's going to marry...HE KNOWS you are the right one he wants to spend the rest of his life with. You were friends with him for 3 yrs before dating, so you both got to know each others well enough to know. And no guys do not say that kind of stuff to just any girl unless he's truly in love.

I think that he said it because you are not paying that much attention to him screwing up and that you have stopped nagging you know how men are they want a women that they can run all over and at the end of the day go home and not hear any nagging. They think that they have the right to do what ever they want and we are to sit back and take it.

he means exactly what he said, if this is the first time he has ever told you he loves you, then take that moment and cherish it......most men at some point actually see when they have a good woman by their side, it seems like yours has realised that whilst you are still in his life and NOT when you are long gone from it.

Probably that he loves you and you've been good to him. Men have blasts of light every now and then and they don't mean anything.... except that he loves you and appreciates the life you have together. Enjoy and Good Luck with the rest of your lives

You are a positive influence in his life. It is sweet that he stopped and took the time to tell you and did not just take you for granted. That is what most of us women ask for in our man. Good for you!

This could be a really good thing as in a proposal, or it could be a bad thing, and an easy way of breaking in off.
