If you're working out, then it could be your body trying to re-energize itself. If you're young, that could very well itself be the reason.

Listen to your body. Hunger pains are a sign that you are hungry. Eat healthy meals, maybe you're eating habits need alittle work? Do some homework about how to eat well, if you're taking in the wrong foods, it can actually make you hungry in a short time after you've eaten.

It could be a number of reasons. You could be lacking in certain nutrients that your body needs, you may not be eating enough during the day, etc. If you are exercising, make sure you're eating plenty during the day to continue to give your body the energy it needs to keep going. The bare minimum is 1200 and that's basically for a sedentary person. If you're active, try for 1500+ calories a day...more food the more active you are. Double check your caloric intake and if you're not getting enough, bump it up some and make sure you're eating something every 2-3 hours. Good luck!

It could be a sign of a duodenal ulcer. Do you experience any of these other symptoms? Gnawing, burning, aching, soreness, an empty feeling, and hunger?

A key symptom is pain that is relieved by food. Which usually relieves hunger anyway :D, but coupled with those other signs and symptoms, it could indicate an ulcer.

Often hunger is caused by eating too many carbohydrates. Especially refined carbs. The body treats carbs like sugar and causes insullin output. Insulin causes hunger.

You could be pre-menstrual. I always get ravenously hungry about a week before my period. Try to eat more lean protein, fruit, vegetables and drink more water. Hot tea really helps my hunger pangs too.

dont eat after about 7 at night that way you wont feel any in the mornings. read tips on healthier eating and more on this site
