Non-Alcoholic SteatoHepatitis (?) (what is the context ?- where did you hear this?)
Fatty liver, kind of a "pre-cirrhosis", but not due to alcohol damage.
Fairly common, especially in patients who are obese, diabetic and/or hyperlipidemic. May also be a side effect of drugs such as amiodarone.
