Why would you go back to 3 months ago? Theres enough offensive things written in here every 2 minutes.

Yes, you can, but the time might mean they won't get to it. I've reported oldish things, but they haven't been removed.
Copy and paste the whole thing into the Abuse Report, and remind them that this could stay in archives forever, giving the site a bad name if it isn't removed.
I hope they remove it (assuming it is truly offensive) -- I think they should. This is a searchable database, after all.
Email its link to me (reminding me it's about removing an offensive question), and I'll send a report, too.
