You are probably to dehydrated or you are not eating enough ruffage. Hard "fecal material" tears you up on the way out.
Sorry, gross but drink more water and eat fruit more often.

It can mean different things. There could be a fissure inside the anus(a little tear) and so when the stool passes down the rectum, it may aggrivate the fissure, causing some bleeding. There could also be hemmerhoids, but that's usually more seen when wiping after the stool passes. Those are the 2 best possiblities. Other options would need serious medical attention, sooner rather than later.

Red streaks, a breaking hemorrhoid. Get some PH.
Dark tar like stools, colon cancer. Go to your Pharmacist and ask for a stool test or go see a Gastroligast. Someone who is a doctor of the instine.

Well if it is like pouring out when you have a bowel than it is probably a bursted Hemrroid if it is mixed in your stool like a swirl than probably you colon and if it is coffee grounds than its internal bleeding.

It may be rectal bleeding or a more serious internal condition. seek the advice of your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
