Is it normal for someone come out of dream and be aware of things with there eyes open and not be able to move? I mean, you are just still and awake and try your hardest to talk or move but you can't.

Cool, just checking if other people experienced it. I'm not scared of the dream. It just freaky when you can't move and you are aware.

I have had that happen many times. The only difference is my eyes aren't open. I feel like I know what is going on around me but I can't move, scream, anything.

I am not sure if it is normal, but I know what you are talking about.

Sleep Paralysis, I blame the Central Nervous System and the brain for generating the thoughts of UFO's/Ghosts prescense, it's normal, your brain is just giving you fearful thoughts, the way you can get rid of this feeling is by absencing it from your brain, just say to yourself these things don't exist, beliefve me the more and more you give yourself confidence, your body will begin to fight it off.

This has happened to me before and I noticed it is usually when I am over tired for some reason. It is really freaky.

yes, it is normal... but you might want to get it checked out, diabetics have that happen often if they go low during the night and dreams can push low blood sugars...
