Not having sex?!
LOL besides that My husband and I used natural family planning and it worked, well until i miscalculated my days!
Withdrawl isn't a good choice. There are condoms too!
I would try Natural planning and condoms on the days you are worried you could get pregnant!
Good Luck!

There are also spermicides which you can buy at a store. I know people who have used these and if they are not used 100% correctly they are useless. Another form of birth control is the Depo Provera shot. I have taken it myself. You get it once every 3 months in either your hip or arm. I have had no problems with it myself, but side effects may vary from person to person. The shot is 99% effective. There are also surgery options. Depending on your age you can have them temporarily tied. Later if you want to have kids they can reverse the procedure. Theres the obvious male or female condoms. I believe there is also a ring you can use not sure on all the details about that one. Check with your doctor they will know all your options and be able to answer any questions you may have.

shots , spremasides there is a IUD I have one there are two different kinds one is called a copper T and it lasts up to 10 years but it causes harder periods and worse cramping and then there is the MIRENA I have it it is a T shaped piece of plastic that the doctor inserts into you and the only thing you can feel are two strings that at first are rough (You dont feel them but your boyfriend / husband may at first) but they disolve in a couple of weeks and get out of the way so you cant even tell they are there unless you are really looking for them . I have this myself and I love it you dont have to remember anything it can stay in for up to 5 years but you can have it taken out whenever you would like . It does hurt when the doctor puts it in though it is not horrible or anything and you may cramp for a day or two . After that most woman on this even stop haveing a period by the end of the first year ! I have not had one since I had it put in !

Diaphragm (or dutch cap, some call it). No side effects, but if you lose a lot of weight you need to get a new one fitted.

Or the coil, on prescription, (one type is called Mirena), which is nothing like the old coil which had a bad reputation. You should go to a clinic & ask them what they recommend. If you get pregnant you also risk side-effects, so decide soon : )

But always use condoms as well for protection against diseases, whatever contraception you do get.

Well, I had the same problem! The pill gave me headaches, the patch wasn't an option to me. (and my health history)

So I got MIRENA. :) This rocks! it's good for up to five years of hassle-free, 99.9% effective birth control! It's estrogen-free intrauterine contraceptive (IUC) And, it can be removed at any time.

I have mine and plan to keep it in for 5 years....and then get another. Because we are done having kids! :)

It also makes my periods so light, easy and less cramps. LOVE it and highly recommend it!

the terrific approach isn't having intercourse till you're married. Having intercourse with anybody settle on your husband will impression all relationships you have sooner or later and could impression your marriage. So stay off the mattress till you have a marriage ring on your finger.

Diaphram. I used one successfully for years. I couldn't take hormones because I had a heart valve problem. I have heard of a procedure where they can plug your tubes temporarily. It's done in a doctor's office.

NUVA RING!!! Its awesome because it doesnt have very many side affects. Its a clear ring that you put inside your vagina and leave it in between periods. 99.9% effective and you cant even feel that its in there. You can take it out for sex, or leave it in. Plus your periods are almost non existent because they're so light.
