For a car dealer to sell an unsafe truck... the springs are held on by garden hose clamps with a 10 inch lift... i live in nevada

I DID TAKE IT BACK TO THEM TO HAVE IT FIXED AND THEY WELDED SOME SUPPORT RODS RIGHT TO MY REAR AXLE AND WARP MY REAR END 1 BACK TIRE WOBBELS ITS UNGODLY I DID BUY IT AS IS BUT I PAID 26 THOUSAND FOR IT ITS A 2004 YUKON ITS A BEAUTIFUL TRUCK JUST NOT LIFTED RIGHT BOUGHT THE TRUCK FROM UTAH

well lets look at it this way if you were traveling on a highway right behind me and a hose clamp broke and my whole axle came right into your windshield and will see if you live ... now tell me that its perfectly fine for a dealer to sell such a dangerous vehicle...... theres got to be some kind of law that forbids this

Check all your papers during purchase and see if it states "purchaser is aware of as is and seller is not reliable for any damages", or something along that line. If so you bought "as is" and they are not responsible for repairs. If it doesn't say that then firmly tell them to have the repairs done properly or you will take legal action.

u may have something to go back on them. if the u did not sign papers statingthat there is frame damage-modification-not stock, i believe u have a case. ask a few lawyers. this mod must bedisclosed a time of sell.. goodluck depending on your state laws, most lemon laws dont affect used vehicles.

well seems like you don't know what to look for when buying a vehicle that has been altered.if it breaks and hurts someone you are held responsible.take it to some one who works on lifted vehicles.they can fix it fairly cheap instead of taking someones life,if not your own.I had mine done by a garage that does these everyday, with a warranty. good luck.
