the trust would have a responsibility not to provide dodgy equipment...its likely they have them checked ,in house, at least annually.

the portable appliance test (PAT) is only for appliances used in public places. in the home it's up to you, unless your insurance is asking for it... the house wiring is the responsibility of the owner, if you are not the owner then you should have a tenant's certificate or access too a landlord's certificate by law... As an owner it's up to you, or your insurance company again..

no your home is your responsibility as long as the hospital have had the devise tested they are in the clear
